Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For services (as distinct from goods), these include guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, that any materials supplied in connection with services will be reasonably fit for purpose, and that services will be fit for any particular purpose made known to us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
